Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions cover all information relating to the sale, in particular, the registration and purchase of items, on krivugarments.com.
For the purposes of these conditions:
a) “KRIVU” registered trademark of the company Krivu Garments, Unipessoal Lda, VAT:517847957, with registered office at Rua D. José Domenech, nº 147, 1º Dto, 4750-100 Arcozelo – Barcelos, holder of all copyrights, as well as other rights that may be subject to protection in the Industrial Property Code on the online store krivugarments.com and supplier of the articles available for purchase therein;
b) “Customer” means any natural person who places an order through krivugarments.com .
These general conditions do not exclude the rights and guarantees of the Customer, contained in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 and other legislation in force for contracts of this nature.
>By using and/or purchasing from the online store, the Customer is bound by these Conditions and its other policies, so if you do not agree with them, you should not use it.
KRIVU may, at any time, update, modify or replace these Conditions and/or the policies associated with them.
The Customer shall be responsible for periodically verifying the occurrence of any changes.
Registration
To place an order, the Customer will need to provide some personal details. If you are already a registered user, you can identify yourself with your email address and password, although it is not necessary to log in or have an account.
The Customer allows the information provided to be used for contact purposes whenever necessary, as well as for KRIVU to provide their personal details (name, address and contact details) to the carrier responsible for delivering the items. If you don’t, we won’t be able to process your order.
By purchasing through this website, the Customer declares that they are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Purchase
The purchase is made by accessing krivugarments.com (login is not required) and selecting the items available for sale online, concluding with confirmation of the delivery address and final validation of the order.
The Customer will receive all the information regarding the status of their order by email: order confirmation, processing confirmation and shipment of the order.
When the order is dispatched to your address you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can follow the delivery in real time via our carrier’s platform.
The final validation of the order constitutes a declaration of acceptance by the Customer of the deal concluded, including acceptance of these general conditions, of the rules governing purchases of this nature, of the price and characteristics of the product ordered, with the consequent mutual enforceability of the benefits set out on the order form.
KRIVU has the right, at any time and without prior notice, to temporarily or permanently suspend or close access to the online store.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available in the online store. You can choose to pay by ATM reference valid for 24 hours (order processed after payment confirmation), MB Way or Credit/VISA Card.
Deliveries
To check the countries, consult the Deliveries section.
Deliveries are made on the days and times used by the logistics operator.
When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text message with all the information about the shipment.
Delays in deliveries may occur for any of the following reasons: delays on the part of the carriers; sale or promotion season; difficulties in delivering to the recipient; and public holidays.
If you are unable to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact the carrier via their Customer Service line so that they can reschedule the delivery for another day. Postage may be charged for reshipping.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order.
After this deadline, KRIVU reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return.

The box must be properly sealed so that no loss or incident occurs.
The cost of sending the item will be borne by the customer.
Goods must be returned with their original packaging and labels and a duly completed Returns Form.
After confirming that the item has been returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the Customer, KRIVU will initiate the refund operation, by the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are made within a maximum of 15 working days, depending on the banks involved.
If the order was paid for using an ATM reference, you must enter the IBAN on the form to proceed with the refund.
Defects
We value the quality of our items and pay the highest attention to their production. However, faults may occur during manufacture and we accept responsibility for any lack of conformity.
Whenever the Customer considers that the item purchased has a manufacturing defect, they should contact us. If we find that it is indeed defective, we will replace it free of charge, scheduling the collection of the item and covering all return and shipping costs.
Prices
All prices on the KRIVU website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT and applicable taxes.
Prices may be changed at any time and will not affect orders already confirmed after payment.
Orders may be paid by Credit Card (VISA), Multibanco Reference or MB Way.
An order is only considered confirmed after payment has been received.
KRIVU Garments, Unipessoal Lda. retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order has been received.
Shipping is free for orders with a value equal to or greater than 50€ delivered in Portugal.
For deliveries to other European Union countries, shipping costs are shown at checkout at the time of order.
The applicable shipping costs are always those displayed at checkout and shall prevail over any other information provided on the website.
Free shipping thresholds apply exclusively to the order subtotal, excluding shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product Features
The items presented in the online store are accompanied by a description of their features, so it is assumed that the Customer was aware of them before placing the order.
The products available in the Krivu online store may differ slightly in terms of image and colors, due to variations in the monitors used by customers.
Liability
KRIVU is not liable for damages arising from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the operating system that may temporarily prevent access, browsing or the provision of services to Customers.
KRIVU is not responsible for any misuse of the Customer’s online store access data, which is considered personal and non-transferable, by third parties.
KRIVU is not obliged to exchange unavailable items. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. In extraordinary situations, an item may become unavailable. Whenever this happens, we will inform you and, if you wish, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 15 days.
These terms and conditions apply for the duration of the supply of items through the krivugarments.com online store.
