Exchanges & Returns
Every item purchased from KRIVU can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
After this deadline, KRIVU reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return.
Items for exchange/return must be sent by post to the following address:

Portugal
Goods must be returned with their original packaging and labels and a duly completed Returns Form.
Please note that the item must be returned unused, unwashed and undamaged.
Exchange/return postage costs are borne by the customer.
Exchanges
In the event of an exchange, you can only choose a different size from the original order.
Returns & Refunds
Once the returned order has been received and the conditions for return have been confirmed, KRIVU will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same way you purchased it.
Refunds are made within a maximum of 15 working days, subject to the banks involved. If the order was paid through an ATM reference, the IBAN must be entered on the form for the refund to be made.
If the returned items do not meet the requirements, KRIVU reserves the right not to accept them and to refuse a refund.
If you consider that the item you have received is not in standard or usual condition, you should contact us. Send us an e-mail to info@krivugarments.com with an explanation of the situation, including photographs that allow us to understand and evaluate the defect.In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item free of charge, collect it and cover all return and shipping costs.
